First Choice Group CNY Inc. has been a family owned and operated business for over 25 years. Theresa R. Manning is President, and A. Douglas Manning is General Manager, both work in the New Hartford office. Michele Washburn is the Office Manager of the Liverpool office. Lynn Loomis is the Office Manager in New Hartford. The Manning family also owns and operates Carlile Personnel. Carlile specializes in executive search, and placement in technical areas. Carlile and First Choice also provide consulting services in labor relations, staffing and other human resource functions.
