What should I bring to my interview? 
Please  bring 2 unexpired forms of ID – a photo ID that must be government issued, and a Social Security card or Birth Certificate. (There  are other options – call our office for more information). You should also bring your resume and references. 

Is  there  a fee for your service? 
All fees are client paid. Our service is free to employees.

Which Geographical areas do you cover? 
First Choice finds employees for businesses all over Central NY. 

What Benefits do you offer?

Do you have Direct Deposit? 
Yes, First Choice can deposit your pay check directly into your checking or savings account. 

How often do I get paid? 
First Choice pays weekly for most assignments. 

How long have you been in business? 
First Choice Staffing has been locally owned and operated since 1962.

Is there testing? 
Yes, depending on the job you are applying for there will be testing for most positions. Your placement consultant will determine the type of testing when you come in for your interview.

How long will my appointment take? 
Please allow one hour to complete your paperwork and interview.

Can I apply online? 
Yes – you can send us your information online and we will contact you to schedule an interview in our offices.

What are your office hours? 
Our offices are open 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
